• Customers should remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before drop-off; we are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

• We use professional techniques and premium products to deliver high-quality results; however, outcomes such as paint correction, ceramic coating longevity, or stain removal may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and prior care.
• Ceramic coating and similar protective treatments require proper aftercare and maintenance by the customer to achieve their expected lifespan; we are not liable for reduced performance resulting from improper aftercare.
• Any concerns about the quality of service should be raised with us within a reasonable time after collecting your vehicle so we can review and address them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
